Due to increased order volume and the impact of shipping, it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our current estimate is that your order will ship within the next 5-14 business days.

Shipment processing time
Standard International sea shipping takes 45~60 days to be processed and delivered. International express shipping takes 5 -14 business days to be processed and delivered. Orders will not be shipped out or delivered on weekends and holidays.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in the shipping process. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via email or phone.

Damages
The Iescalator Parts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
